SundayStills – Fade to Black
I knew, of course, that trees and plants had roots, stems, bark, branches and foliage that reached up toward the light. But I was coming to realize that the real magician was light itself.
Afternoon sun was still burning so bright that it almost faded the branches of a huge green tree to black and white art show up above. The entire place looked bit scary with dried up leaves every where and a half demolished works quarters not attended for years. I took this near by a Dam site in Chimmini Dam 21 km near Thrissur, in Kerala – India.
I love these kind of shots—two tone based—makes it simple yet mysterious. Nice takes.
